For approved returns, ESHANGINI will bear the return shipping charges.

After the returned product reaches us, it will normally be inspected within 3 business days.

Once the refund is approved, it will generally be initiated within 5–7 business days.

For prepaid orders, the refund will ordinarily be sent to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, the refund may be processed through UPI or bank transfer after the required details are verified.

Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the amount after we initiate the refund.

We will never ask for your card PIN, CVV, UPI PIN, internet-banking password or OTP to process a refund.
